One of the nice little touches at Wahaca is a little packet of chilli seeds to take home with you. I have been starting mine off in a mini propagator in the airing cupboard and they have now progressed to a sunny windowsill. I will keep you posted on their progress and no doubt have some tasty chilli recipes once they have grown!

Wahaca chillies

Nice photo. My seeds are in the same stage now.
ReplyDeleteDo you know what type of chillis are they? I've forgotten and made the mistake of throwing the packet away.
Hey donkey face (it's not often I get to say that without offending anyone!). I think they're jalapenos, although I have done the same thing and thrown the little packet away.
ReplyDeleteHow are your plants coming along? I killed the one that was indoors. The one in my window box has two seed leaves. My father has managed to grow his one into a healthy 8 inch plant, though he's lucky enough to have a greenhouse.
ReplyDeleteHi again donkey face. They're still doing ok, but nothing like 8 inches though...
